creating a life that feels good – inside & out
welcome to well by holy, friends—you always have a seat at my table.
It’s a new month, friend—I can’t believe we’re already in February. January was full, and while I’m grateful for everything it brought, I’m looking forward to slowing down a little. With that in mind, I wanted to take a moment to introduce well by holy—a space that’s been in my heart for a while now.
At its core, well by holy is about creating a life that feels good, inside and out. My passion has always been to foster a sense of home, embrace a slower pace, and prioritize well-being. But truth be told, my journey here didn’t start that way.
finding my way back to well-being
Ten years ago, I had built my identity around my career. I poured everything into it—my energy, my time, my well-being—until I had nothing left to give. I lived on coffee and French bread, ignored the signals my body was sending me, and ran myself into the ground. Owning a small business during the rise of tech was exhilarating, but it was also exhausting.
Then came the burnout. And when it hit, it hit hard. I couldn’t rebuild what I had before because I wasn’t the same person anymore. I felt drained, lost, and unworthy. Walking away was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it was also the beginning of something new. It took years to unlearn who I thought I had to be and step into who I was meant to become. And I know I’m not alone in that journey.
That season of my life taught me something important: I had to nourish myself fully—physically, spiritually, and mentally. I couldn’t keep running on empty and expect to feel whole.
the role of food + nutrition in my healing
I’ve always been a foodie. Before Instagram was even a thing, I was one of the few vegan food bloggers out there—telling my age here! Cooking became my way back to myself. It wasn’t just about nourishment; it was about joy.
I rediscovered my love for food, and that passion eventually led me to become a certified nutrition and wellness coach under Keri Glassman, MS, RD, CDN. I wanted to deepen my understanding of nutrition—not just for myself but so I could share the healing and abundance that food offers. That’s where the connection between wellness and nutrition clicked for me.
Fun fact —wellness is personal and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
My hope with well by holy is to share what’s helped me while encouraging you to find what truly feels good for you.
well by holy isn’t a coaching site—I’m not here as a coach. I now work in commercial real estate, but this space is simply a way to share what I love. Wellness, home, and food are deeply personal to me, and my goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where we can explore them together.
Not just wellness trends (because let’s be honest, they don’t always stick), but real, everyday ways to feel good.

Every day, I choose to pursue well-being. I thank God for the woman I am today and the version of myself I am becoming. This year, that commitment feels even deeper, as my husband and I prepare to start our journey of trying to conceive. I want to show up for myself, for him, and for our future family in the most nourishing way possible.
I also love trying out new wellness products, supporting small businesses, and discovering foods that bring both comfort and nourishment—so expect plenty of that, too.
If you’ve made it this far, thank you. I hope this space feels like a deep breath, an inviting chat, and a reminder that well-being isn’t about doing more—it’s about being more present in what already brings you joy.
a few fun facts about me:
French is my first language! I was born and raised in Montréal, Canada, but Atlanta is now home.
I live for lacinato kale and I am addicted to tofu.
I’ve been fully plant-based for 18 years—it’s my lifestyle.
Corn tortillas. Always.
Even though my husband is the co-founder of a coffee shop, I’m fueled by iced oat matcha. Matcha everything kinda girl.
Now, I’d love to hear from you: What does well-being mean to you, and how are you cultivating it this year?
I can’t wait to connect with you all!
